Confrontation of manners of proceedings and leading of Czech and foreign managers
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat styly řízení a vedení českých a německých manažerů, stanovit hlavní odlišnosti a jejich vliv na ostatní pracovníky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické, ve která jsou stanoveny hypotézy o stylech řízení a vedení ovlivněných národní kulturou a praktické části, která má na základě vlastního průzkumu hypotézy potvrdit nebo vyvrátit.
Abstract:
The aim of Bachelor's paper is to compare the manners of proceedings and leading of Czech and German managers, to set the main differences, their influence on the other workers.
