Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dostupné literatury zkoumající strukturní změny DNA v promotoru c-myc genu a jejich detekci. Práce se zejména zabývá chemickými strukturními sondami a způsoby jejich detekce. Chemické strukturní sondy nabízejí řadu výhod, ale mají také velkou nevýhodu, jsou mutagenní a karcinogenní. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with accessible literature analysis examining structural changes of DNA in the promoter of c-myc gene a its detection. This work deals with chemical structural probes and methods of their detection. Chemical structural probes offers many advantages, but have also disadvantages of being mutagenous and cancerogenic.
