Bakalářská práce zkoumá negativní dopady práce v pomáhajících profesích s důrazem na sekundární traumatický stres (STS). Analyzuje vliv pracovního prostředí a interakcí s klienty na psychické zdraví pracovníků. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a výzkumnou část. The bachelor thesis examines the negative impacts of working in the helping professions, with an emphasis on secondary traumatic stress (STS). It analyses the impact of the work environment and interactions with clients on the mental health of workers. The thesis includes a theoretical and a research part.
