Corruption and tax evasion

Abstract:

Obsahem této práce je popsat problematiku korupce a daňových úniků. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá problémem korupce, druhá část je zaměřena na daňové úniky a problematiku daňových rájů. Ve třetí části je nastíněn problém neprůhledných vlastnických struktur společností, dále je zde představen projekt Taxparentní značky, možnosti jeho využití a proces jeho implementace. Čtvrtá část analyzuje nástroje domácí hospodářské politiky v boji proti korupci a daňovým únikům v kontextu doporučení institucí OECD a EU.

Abstract:

The content of this work is to describe the issue of corruption and tax evasion. The work is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the problem of corruption, the second part focuses on tax evasion and the issue of tax havens. The third part describes the problem of non-transparent ownership structures of companies, also here is presented the project of the Taxparent Mark, the possibilities of its use and the implementation process. The fourth part analyzes the domestic economic policy instruments in the fight against corruption and tax evasion in the context of the recommendations of the OECD and the EU institutions.
