V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy strategie rozvoje bydlení a bytová politika. V teoretické části, jsou popsány typy a nástroje bytové politiky, které jsou městy využívány k rozvoji bydlení při tvorbě strategických dokumentů. The thesis defines the basic concepts of housing development strategy and housing policy. The theoretical part describes the types and tools of housing policy, which are used by cities to develop housing in the creation of strategic documents.
