Tato práce analyzuje život Lorda Byrona a hledá v něm známky odsuzování a kritiky na jeho adresu, a jeho následnou odpověď na tuto kritiku. Také zobrazuje jeho touhu po tom, být přijímán svým okolím, a jeho posedlost svým vzhledem. This thesis is analysing Byron's life for signs of judgment and criticism and his response to it, and shows his need of positive acceptance by his contemporaries and his obsession with his appearance. Further, it analyses The Vision of Judgment, Byron's critical masterpiece, while taking into consideration the role, which played Byron's inspiration and rolemodel Alexander Pope and also Byron's hate …more
