Predmetom tejto práce je hodnotenie ekonomickej efektívnosti podnikovej investície. Obsahuje základný náhľad do problému investícií, veličín, ktoré ovplyvňujú efektívnosť investícií a výpočtových metód slúžiacich na posudzovanie efektívnosti. Súčasťou práce sú faktory ovplyvňujúce efektivitu ako je výkonnosť, čas, riziko a prostredníctvom reálno-opčných metód i flexibilitu podnikového managementu. …more

The goal of the submitted thesis is the valuation of economic efficiency of enterprise investments. It includes basic insight to problems of investments, parameters, which influence the efficiency of investments and methods of measuring efficiency of investments.
