Methods of protection of electronic components of motor vehicles

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Způsoby ochrany elektronických komponent motorových vozidel“ v úvodní části seznamuje čtenáře s poruchami elektrické povahy vyskytujících se v motorových vozidlech. V následující části popisuje způsoby a prostředky na ochranu před těmito poruchami. Dále práce popisuje současné způsoby ochrany elektronických řídících jednotek a legislativní požadavky které ukládají povinnosti výrobcům a dodavatelům při návrhu ochranných zařízení elektronických modulů motorových vozidel. V poslední části jsou popsány prostředky na ochranu komunikačních sítí motorových vozidel před elektromagnetickým rušením a elektrostatickým výbojem.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis „Methods of protection of electronic components of motor vehicles“ in the introductory part acquaints the reader with electrical faults occurring in motor vehicles. The following section describes methods and means to protect against these faults. Furthermore, the work describes the current methods of protection of electronic control units and legislative requirements that impose obligations on manufacturers and suppliers in the design of protective devices for electronic modules of motor vehicles. The last part describes the means to protect the communication networks of motor vehicles against electromagnetic interference and electrostatic discharge.
