Bakalářská práce pojednává o právech na sexualitu a intimitu seniorů v domovech pro seniory, které vychází ze Světové deklarace sexuálních práv a svobod z roku 1999. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit, jestli domovy pro seniory uplatňují všechna sexuální a intimní práva svých klientů. Práce je členěná do dvou částí. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the rights to sexuality and intimacy of the elderly in homes for the elderly, which are based on the 1999 World Declaration of Sexual Rights and Freedoms. The main aim of the research investigation is to find out if the homes for the elderly are implementing all the sexual and intimacy rights of their clients. The thesis is divided into two parts.
