Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu drobného ovoce po sklizni a v průběhu skladování. V teoretické části bylo definováno drobné ovoce a jeho druhy, dále látkové složení drobného ovoce. Poté se práce zaměřila na skladování, faktory působící při skladování ovoce a podmínkami pro skladování drobného ovoce. Zdůrazněny jsou kritéria jakosti a kvalitativní znaky. Diploma thesis focuses on the quality od small fruits after harvest and during storage. In the theoretical part were defined small fruits and their types, the substance composition of small fruits.
