Tématem této práce jsou inovace v podniku. Hlavním cílem je zpracovat a vyhodnotit vliv a přínos inovací na konkrétní podnik. Dalším cílem je prokázat potřebu inovací pro daný podnik, pro jeho vylepšení pozice na trhu a získání konkurenční výhody. The topic of this thesis is innovation in company. The main goal is to process and evaluate the impact and benefit from innovations on particular company.
