Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komplexní posouzení prostředků ochrany při správě daní. Základním právním předpisem, kterého je v této práci využíváno, je zákon č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád. V jednotlivých částech dochází k rozboru ustanovení o odvolání, obnovy a přezkumu řízení a dalších prostředků ochrany poskytovaných daňovým řádem. The thesis is focused on a complex assessment of means of protection in tax administration. The main legislation used in this thesis is the law - Tax code, No. 280/2009 Coll. In the individual sections of the thesis occurs the provisions on appeal, renewal of proceedings and review of proceedings, and other means of protection provided under the Tax code.
