Abstract:

ŠPROCH, David. Pohled zdravotnického záchranáře na leteckou záchrannou službu. Praha, 2022. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s., Praha 5. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce Mgr. Jaroslav Pekara, Ph.D. 59 s. Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi, schopnostmi a dovednostmi zdravotnického záchranáře coby člena posádky letecké výjezdové skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a části praktické. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části popisuje teoretická východiska leteckých výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby České republiky, jejich historii a uvádí příslušnou legislativu. Vedle toho je v teoretické části práce definována odborná terminologie, která slouží jako spojovací most mezi autorem práce a čtenářem. Usnadňuje totiž orientaci v řade odborných pojmů, jenž celou problematiku provázejí. Jednotlivé kapitoly na sebe logicky navazují tak, aby byl čtenář práce schopen vnímat téma od nejširších souvislostí po úzká specifika a vymezení problémů. Teoretická část práce se tak dále věnuje leteckou záchrannou službou užívaným vrtulníkům, stejně jako dalším technickým a materiálním prostředkům. Závěrečná kapitola této části práce je věnována spolupráci posádky letecké výjezdové skupiny ZZS ČR, stejně jako charakteru pozice každého člena posádky. Průzkumná část formou kvalitativního šetření upřesňuje hlavní průzkumný cíl, dílčí cíle a v neposlední řadě také tři průzkumné otázky, na které hledá autor práce odpovědi prostřednictvím analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů metodou otevřeného kódování. Rozhovory jsou vedeny se třemi kompletními posádkami leteckých výjezdových skupin ZZS ČR tak, aby bylo možné na základě vyhodnocení dojít k naplnění hlavního cíle práce. Tím je sumarizovat kompetence zdravotnického záchranáře pro práci u letecké výjezdové skupiny ZZS ČR z pohledu všech členů posádky.

ŠPROCH, David. A Paramedic's View Of An Air Ambulance Service. Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.). Supervisor: Mgr. Jaroslav Pekara, Ph.D. Prague. 2022. 59 pages. The bachelor thesis deals with the competencies, abilities and skills of the paramedic as a member of the crew of the air ambulance service. The work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The introductory chapter of the theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of air departure groups of the medical rescue service of the Czech Republic, their history and lists the relevant legislation. In addition, the theoretical part of the thesis defines technical terminology, which serves as a bridge between the author of the thesis and the reader. It facilitates orientation in a number of technical terms that accompany the whole issue. The individual chapters follow each other logically so that the reader is able to perceive the topic from the broadest context to narrow specifics and definitions of problems. The theoretical part of the work is further devoted to the air rescue service used helicopters, as well as other technical and material resources. The final chapter of this part of the work is devoted to the cooperation of the crew of the air travel group ZZS ČR, as well as the nature of the activities of each crew member. The exploratory part specifies the main research goal, sub-goals and, last but not least, three research questions, to which the author seeks answers through the analysis of semi-structured interviews using the open coding method. The interviews are conducted with three complete crews of the air travel groups of the Czech Emergency Medical Service in the Czech Republic so that it is possible to meet the main goal of the work on the basis of the evaluation. This is to summarize the competencies of the paramedic for work at the air ambulance group ZZS ČR from the perspective of crew members.
