Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je případová studie s názvem Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta/klienta se zavedenou Perkutánní endoskopickou gastrostomií. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici, popis, indikaci, výkon zavedení PEG, možné komplikace, dezinfekce a jsou zde popsány i obecná doporučení. Popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči po zavedení PEG dle modelu Marjory Gorodon a poukazuje i na aktivní život s PEG. V praktické části je vypracována kazuistika, která představuje pacienta/klienta v průběhu jeho hospitalizace. Jsou zde zmíněny důvody a indikace k zavedení perkutánní endoskopické gastrostomie. Popisuje poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péči dle modelu Marjory Gordon a podle toho jsou stanoveny aktuální a potencionální ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Na závěr práce si dovoluji shrnout problematiku ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta/klienta s perkutánní endoskopickou gastrostomií a to ze svých zkušeností a pozice staniční sestry Následné intenzivní péče.

Abstract:

Abstract Bachelor thesis is case study named Complex nursing care about patient with Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy applied. There is a pracictal and theoretical part. In the theoretical part I concetrate on definition, description, indication, PEG implementation and its output, possible complication, disinfection and there is general suggestions as well. I describe nursing care once is PEG applied according to model Marjory Gorodon and I refer to active lifestyle along with PEG. In the practical part there is casuistry that introduces patient during hospitalization. There are also mentioned reasons and indications for Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. It describes nursing care according to model Marjory Gordon and depends on current and potential nursing diagnoses. In conclusion of my work I would like to summarize problematics of nursing care about patient with Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy applied ,as that is deeply from my working experiences given and from my position of station nurse Followed by intensive care.
