Accouting and tax control

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na účetní a daňovou kontrolu jako jeden z postupů při správě daní. Základním cílem daňové kontroly je prověření a zjištění správnosti přiznané daně u poplatníka nebo plátce daně. Přestože existuje velmi úzká vazba mezi účetnictví a stanovením základu daně u některých vybraných daní, nelze daňovou kontrolu rozšířit na kontrolu správnosti vedení účetnictví v dané účetní jednotce. Ačkoli dvě části kontroly probíhají souběžně, nelze je spojit do jednoho společného řízení. Ve své práci se zaměřím na rozdělení a popis těchto dvou řízení a na vytvoření metodiky postupů pro tato řízení, použitelné začínajícími správci daně.

Abstract:

The work is focused on accounting and tax control as one of the procedures for the administration of taxes. The basic aim of a tax audit is the examination of and the findings of the correctness of the declared taxes for the taxpayer or the tax payer. Although there is a very close link between the accounting and tax basis for certain selected taxes, tax control cannot be extended to checking the correctness of the accounts in the accounting unit. These two parts of the checks are carried out in parallel, they cannot be combined into one common control. In my work I will focus on the distribution and describe the following two procedures, the establishment of a methodology for the tax administrator in begin these procedures to proceed.
