Evacuation Planning at City Football Stadium of Miroslav Valenta in Uherské Hradiště during High Risk Situations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice evakuace Městského fotbalového stadionu Miroslava Valenty v Uherském Hradišti. V teoretické části práce je obsažena jak historie samotného stadionu, tak současný stav, platná legislativa se k danému tématu vztahující a dále jsou zde popsána možná rizika, která s možnou evakuací souvisí. Praktická část je zaměřena na evakuaci samotnou, její organizaci, zabezpečení a také to, jak dané vnímá společnost, tedy samotní návštěvníci stadionu. Součástí praktické části práce jsou dále i modelové situace úzce související s výsledky výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, check listu a samotného pozorování společně s návrhy na řešení a odstraněné zjištěných nedostatků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of evacuation of the Miroslav Valenta municipal football stadium in the town of Uherské Hradiste. The theoretical part contains both the history of the stadium itself and its current state Related current legislation on the subject and the feasible risks regarding possible evacuation are described here, too. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at the evacuation itself, its organization, security and also on how the society perceives it, as to say - the stadium visitors themselves. Another section of the practical part of this work deals with model situations that are closely related to research results using a questionnaire survey, check sheet and observation itself, together with suggestions for solutions and elimination of identified shortcomings
