Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu ve společnosti ZPS Slévárna a.s. Cílem práce je vypracování procesní mapy na základě analýzy procesů metodou přímé-ho pozorování procesů a konzultací s vedoucími jednotlivých úseků a na základě pozorová-ní navrhnout možná zlepšení výrobního procesu ve firmě. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of manufacturing process in Slévárna ZPS a.s. The aim of the thesis is to create a process map based on direct observing of processes and consultatiton with heads of departments and make suggestions how to improve manu-facturing process.
