V této bakalářské práci se podrobně zabývám institutem podmíněného zastavení trestního stíhání. Jedná se o alternativní vyřízení trestní věci, které není založeno na uložení trestu obviněnému, ale na urovnání vztahu mezi poškozeným a obviněným a na nahrazení způsobené škody. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I deal in detail with the institute of conditional suspension of criminal prosecution. It is an alternative settlement of a criminal case, that is not based on the infliction of the accused's sentence, but on the settlement of the relationship between the injured and the accused and on the compensation of the damage caused.
