Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickou zátěží a stresem u učitelů v mateřských školách. Teoretická část pojednává o psychické zátěži a jejím dělení. Rozpracovány jsou známé teorie stresu, uvedeny jsou rozdíly mezi distresem a eustresem. Charakterizována je fyziologická reakce organismu na stres a velká část teoretické práce je věnována stresorům v učitelské profesi. Výzkumná část práce zachycuje míru …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with load and stress of teachers in nursery school. The theoretical part is about psychological stress and its kinds. Described are known theories of stress and differences between distress and eustress.
