Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci nových analýz do webové aplikace DNA Analyzer. Aplikace slouží k identifikaci a analýze DNA struktur. Cílem práce je rozšířit platformu o nástroje specializované na identifikaci Z-DNA konformací a CpX ostrovů. Práce se zabývá také restrukturalizací, modernizací a nasazením aplikace na produkční server pomocí technologie kontejnerů.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on designing and implementing new analysis features into the web application DNA Analyser. The application is designed for the identification and analysis of DNA structures. The goal is to expand the platform with tools specialized for identifying Z-DNA conformations and CpX islands.
