Abstract:

diplomová práce je výzkumného charakteru a zabývá se problematikou vlivu aplikace strečinku neboli protahovacích cvičení na úroveň explozivní síly v oblasti dolních končetin při rozcvičení, přičemž v teoretické části věnujeme pozornost skutečnostem souvisejících s námi zvolenou problematikou. Jedná se o poznatky zabývající se historií, formami a zásadami strečinku. Dále se věnujeme biologickému základu strečinku, rozcvičení, ale také souvisejícím pohybovým schopnostem a věkovému období (adolescence). Ve výzkumné části se věnujeme především komparaci ukazatelů vztahujících se k explozivně-silovým schopnostem dolních končetin při zařazení, v rámci rozcvičení, různých metod strečinku. Pro ovlivnění probandů strečinkem byly sestaveny metody rozcvičení podle cviků Altera (1999). Byla využita metoda statického strečinku, kdy se vychází z toho, že dlouhé a statické výdrže zapříčiňují negativní efekt na výkon (Behm & Chaouachi, 2011). Další metodou bylo využití dynamického rozcvičení, kdy se předpokládá vyprodukování větší síly, způsobeno vlivem zvýšené aktivace motorických jednotek (Behm & Chaouachi, 2011). Poslední testování bylo realizováno bez aplikace jakéhokoliv strečinku. Prokazatelným výsledkem je fakt, že dynamický strečink má nejefektivnější vliv na explozivní sílu dolních končetin a je nejvhodnějším druhem rozcvičení před sportovním výkonem.

Abstract:

diploma thesis is of a research character and deals with the issue of the impact of the application of stretching or stretching exercises on the level of explosive force in the lower limbs during warming up, while we pay attention to the facts related to the chosen problém in the theoretical part. These are knowledge about history, forms and principles of stretching. Next, we focus on the biological basis of stretching, warm-up, but also related motor skills and age (adolescence). In the research part, we focus mainly on the comparison of indicators related to the explosive-force abilities of the lower limbs in the classification, in the framework of warm-up, of various methods of stretching. For the influence of probands by stretching, methods of warming were developed according to the Altera exercises (1999). A static stretch method was used, based on the fact that long and static durations cause a negative effect on performance (Behm & Chaouachi, 2011). Another method was the use of dynamic warm-ups, when higher forces are expected to be generated due to increased activation of motor units (Behm & Chaouachi, 2011). The latest testing was done without the application of any stretch. The demonstrable result is that dynamic stretching has the most efficent influence on the explosive force of the lower limbs and is the most appropriate type of warm-up before sporting performance.
