Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dražby nemovitostí z pohledu přímého účastníka dražeb - dražitele. V první části práce je popsaná právní úprava této problematiky a její vývoj od roku 2001 po současnost. V dalších částech pak práce popisuje průběh samotné dražby a poukazuje také na pletichy při veřejných dražbách a na jejích důsledky jak trestněprávní, tak ekonomické. This thesis is focused on the real estate auctions from the perspective of a direct participant in the auctions - auctioneer. There is described the legislation in this area and its development from 2001 to the present in the first part of this thesis.
