Předmětem této diplomové práce je dopad fluktuace zaměstnanců na podnik. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou fluktuace zaměstnanců obecně – definuje pojem fluktuace, shrnuje její faktory, pozitivní i negativní dopady, jež jsou s ní spojeny, a způsoby jejího řízení a eliminace. The subject of this thesis is the impact of employee turnover on company.
