Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zátěže a stresu v pracovním prostředí a jak ho zvládat. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zaměřuje na definici stresu, jeho charakteristiky a příznaky. Druhá část se věnuje stresem v pracovním prostředí a jeho příčinám. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of workload and stress in the work environment and how to manage it. The theoretical part is devided into two parts.
