Personal data in context of security
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi zneužití osobních údajů jednotlivce v informačním věku v prostoru Evropské unie a České republiky. Dále představuje bezpečnostní hrozby a rizika a popisuje platnou legislativu v této oblasti. V závěru práce je provedeno základní hodnocení systému ochrany osobních údajů a také predikce budoucího vývoje této problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with possibilities of exploitation of personal data of individual in information age in the area of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Related security threats and risks are presented and description of related legislation is carried out.
