Investigation of thermal stability of thin films prepared by PE-CVD
Abstract:
In this thesis I studied the thermal stability of various thin layers by measuring the mass spectres of gases desorbed at various temperatures. The measurements were performed on two different devices. The results were evaluated using a program I created.
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci jsem se věnoval měření tepelní stability tenkých vrstev měřením hmotnostních spekter desorbovaných plynů při různých teplotách. Měření jsem vykonával na dvou různých zařízeních. Naměrené výsledky jsem zpracovával vlastním programem.
