Výživa sester na operačním sále

Nurses nutrition at the operating theatre
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zjišťuje stravovací návyky sester pracujících na operačních sálech.Průzkum se zaměřuje na informovanost sester o zdravé výživě, četnost a pravidelnost stravování a denní příjem tekutin. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat také poskytuje informace týkající se výskytu kuřáctví(nikotinismu)mezi perioperačními sestrami.
Abstract:
This bachelor work ascertains eating habits of nurses working in operating theatres. It contains a survey, focusing on nurses’; knowledge of healthy diet, quantity and regularity of eating and reception of liquids. The analysis and interpretation of obtained data provides additional information concerning the occurence of smoking (niconitism)among nurses working in operating theatres.
