Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá digitálním data miningem a jeho využitím v managementu a ekonomii. Cílem této bakalářské práce bude na základě analýzy současného stavu využití data miningu ve vybrané společnosti vytvořit návrh doporučení jeho efektivnějšího využití. Vybraná společnost nese název Martenz. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny základní pojmy související s data miningem, metody, které data mining využívá, proces data miningu dle struktury CRISP a následné možnosti využití data miningu dle oboru. Po vypracování teoretické části a s ní obdrženými novými znalostmi jsem analyzoval současné využití data miningu ve společnosti. Společnost již určité platformy data miningu využívala, ale stále zde byl velký prostor pro zlepšení. Cíl práce byl splněn vypracováním návrhu o použití nového efektivnějšího systému CRM (řízení vztahu se zákazníky). Systémy CRM jsou jedny z nejpoužívanějších aplikací data miningu ve společnostech. Tento návrh byl poté ve společnosti i aplikován. Společnost Martenz tak nyní může provádět efektivnější cílený marketing, má lepší přehled o svých zákaznících, a může tak zlepšovat své výsledky prodeje.

Abstract:

This dissertation focuses on a digital data mining and its use in the management and economics. The aim of the dissertation is to create suggestions for more effective application of the data mining. This will be done by analysing the current state of the data mining use in the chosen company.The chosen company is called Martenz. The theoretical part covers the basic concepts related to data mining, methods, the process of data mining according to the CRISP model, and the consequent possibilities of data mining use in the specific fields.The theoretical part is followed by the analysis of the current data mining use in the chosen business. The company had already been using certain platforms of data mining. Nevertheless, there was still room for improvement. The aim of the dissertation was accomplished by producing the proposal of the application of the new, more efficient CRM system (Customer Relationship Management). The CRM is one of the most utilized technologies of data mining amongst business. Subsequently, the suggested proposal was applied in the company. Hence, the Martenz enterprise is now able to carry out more effective target marketing, have a better overview of their customers, and consequently be improving the sales results.
