Abstract:
The aim of The Master´s Dissertation is to give a business plan of new gastronomic facility called GLU-NO, which shloud show potential, realization conditions and financial part whole project. Rastaurant is situated in Prague district No. 7, 51st Bubenská street.
Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca má za cieľ predstaviť podnikateľský plán reštauračného zariadenia s názvom GLU-NO, ktorý by mal dostatočne preukázať potenciál realizovateľnosti projektu a jeho celkovú finančnú náročnosť. Reštaurácia bude umiestnená na Bubenskej ulici 51 Praha 7.
