Selected questions of the expert examination
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkou znaleckého zkoumání. Cílem je podat ucelený přehled o vybraných kapitolách znaleckého zkoumání, zejména o otázkách výběru znalce, přibrání znalce a o znalečném. Dalším mým cílem je také upozornit na možné problémy vzniklé zastaralou úpravou a navrhnout jejich možné způsoby řešení.
Abstract:
The theme of the work is the question of the expert examination. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of selected chapters of the expert examination, especially on issues of selecting an expert, obtaining expert and expert fees. My next objective is draw attention to possible problems caused by outdated rules and propose possible solutions.
