Tato práce se zabývá státním trestem jako jednou z mála společensky tolerovaných forem záměrného způsobení utrpení nebo jiné formy újmy, které jsou realizovány nezávisle na vůli dotčené osoby. This Thesis deals with the State Punishment as one of the few socially tolerated forms of intentional infliction of suffering or other form of harm, that are inflicted independently of the will of the concerned person.
