Obsah práce je věnován maligním onemocněním a možnostem jejich experimentální terapie za pomoci látek přírodního původu. This work is devoted to malignant diseases and options of their experimental treatment with the use of natural products. Main goal of this thesis is to describe the effects of the most important isoquinoline alkaloids on cellular and molecular level, which in great number of studies show antitumour and cytotoxic properties in in vitro and in vivo experimental models and could be a new hope for treatment …more
