This bachelor thesis describes selected enforcement orders. The thesis is devided into four main chapters. The first chapter is an introductory chapter. It briefly describes what is an execution, who is the subject of enforcement proceeding and the chapter describes the process of execution. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá charakteristikou vybraných exekučných titulov. Práca je rozdelená na štyri hlavné kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je kapitolou úvodnou. Stručne charakterizuje pojem exekúcia, opisuje subjekty exekučného konania, a jeho priebeh. Druhá kapitola sa venuje vybraným druhom exekučných titulov, teda vykonateľným rozhodnutiam justičných a nejustičných orgánov, ktoré boli vydané na území …more
