Analysis of the determining production factors of the company

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled Analysis of determining production factors of the company deals with production factors and their use in the company in its efforts to achieve the highest possible profit. The theoretical part of the work explains what production factors are and also describes each of the production factors separately. In addition, it describes the analyzes that will be used in the practical part. In the practical part, the work is devoted to the analysis of production factors in PEDA LLC. This analysis is performer by using PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, financial analysis and its indicators. The findings are then summarized in a SWOT analysis, which points to the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company's production factors. At the end, based on the previous findings, there are recommendations for optimizing their use.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca s názvom „Analýza určujících výrobních faktorů“ podniku sa zaoberá výrobnými faktormi a ich využitím v podniku pri jeho snahe o dosiahnutie čo najvyššieho zisku. Teoretická časť práce vysvetľuje čo výrobné faktory sú a taktiež popisuje každý z výrobných faktorov zvlášť. Okrem toho popisuje analýzy, ktoré budú využité v praktickej časti. V praktickej časti sa práca venuje analýze výrobných faktorov v spoločnosti PEDA s.r.o.. Táto analýza je prevedená pomocou PEST analýzy, Porterovej analýzy piatich síl, finančnej analýzy a jej ukazovateľov. Zistenia sú následne zhrnuté v SWOT analýze, ktorá poukazuje na silné a slabé stránky, príležitosti a hrozby výrobných faktorov podniku. V závere sú na základe predchádzajúcich zistení odporúčania pre optimalizáciu ich využívania.
