Abstract:

Diplomová práce nese název Kriminalita jedinců s poruchou chování a přidruženým mentálním postižením v dětském domově se školou. Zabývá se konkrétními případy dětí s mentálním postižením, které jsou (nebo v minulosti byly) umístěné v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. První kapitola přibližuje problematiku mentálního postižení se zřetelem na lehké mentální postižení, přičemž úvod je vyhrazen základní terminologii. Jsou zde také popsány příčiny vzniku mentálního postižení a klasifikace mentálního postižení. Stěžejním bodem celé kapitoly je téma osobnosti jedince s lehkým mentálním postižením. Druhá kapitola přináší základní informace o poruchách chování, základní klasifikaci a etiologii. V neposlední řadě jsou čtenáři seznámeni i se systémem školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Nosným tématem je podkapitola čtvrtá, která zkoumá problematiku jedinců s mentálním postižením v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na osobnost pachatele trestných činů, ať už s mentálním postižením či bez něj. Obsahuje také možnosti práce s pachateli trestných činů v penitenciární péči. Praktická část zahrnuje tři případové studie dětí s lehkým mentálním postižením. Výzkum tvoří podrobná analýza resocializačního procesu výše uvedených dětí v zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy, konkrétně v dětském domově se školou.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is titled Crime of individuals with behavioral disorders and associated mental retardation in the children's home with the school. It deals with specific cases of children with mental disabilities that are (or have been in the past) placed in facilities for institutional and protective care. The first chapter introduces the issue of mental disability with regard to mild mental disability, and introduction is dedicated to the basic terminology. There are also described the causes of mental disability and classification of mental disability. The main point of the chapter is the theme of the personality of the individual with a slight mental disability. The second chapter presents basic information about behavioral disorders, basic classification and etiology. Finally, readers are familiar with the system and school facilities for institutional and protective care. The main theme is the fourth section, which explores issues of individuals with mental disabilities in facilities for institutional and protective care. The third chapter focuses on the personality of offenders, either with mental disabilities or without. It also includes the possibilities for working with offenders in the penitentiary care. The practical part includes three case studies of children with slight mental disabilities. The research consists of a detailed analysis of the resocialization processes of those children in facilities for institutional care, concretely in the children's home with the school.
