Practical training of hight school student´s in the companies

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá definováním specifik námořní kombinované dopravy, činnosti v dopravní firmě s ohledem na námořní kombinovanou dopravu a popisem praxe studentů ve společnosti RKL Opava spol. s r.o. Cílem je zjištění kvality praktické výuky na Střední odborné škole logistické v Opavě,1 kdy zjišťování proběhne pomocí škálování mezi studenty. Škálování je uskutečňováno různými druhy posuzovacích škál. Jedná se o nástroj, který umožňuje zjistit míru vlastnosti jevu nebo jeho intenzitu. Posuzovatel vyjadřuje svoje hodnocení určením polohy na škále. (Gavora, Kolář, 2010) Celá práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, přičemž obsahem první a druhé kapitoly je stručný popis subjektů, ke kterým se vztahuje tato bakalářská práce. V kapitole třetí a čtvrté nalezneme specifikaci námořní kombinované dopravy, popis praxe studentů ve společnosti RKL Opava spol. s r.o. a v neposlední řadě zjišťování kvality praktické výuky na Obchodní akademii a Střední odborné škole logistické pro obor Provoz a ekonomika dopravy.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the specifics of sea combined transport, activities in the transport company with regard to sea combined transport and description of the students' practice in the company RKL Opava spol. s r.o. The aim is to determine the quality of practical training at the high school of logistics in Opava, where the survey is conducted by scaling among students. Scaling is performed by different types of assessment scales. I sis a tool that allows you to determine the degree of property of a phenomenon or its intensity. The assessor expresses hit assessment by determining the position on the scale.The whole thesis is divided into four chapters, with the first and second chapters containing a brief description of the subjects covered in this bachelor thesis. In the third and fourth chapters we find a specification of sea combined transport, a description of the students' internship at RKL Opava spol. s r.o. company and last but not least a survey of the quality of practical training at the Business Academy and High School of Logistics for the field of Transport Operation and Economics.
