Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá návrhem grafického uţivatelského rozhraní pro skenovací mikroskopii a jeho tvorbou v programu MATLAB. Součástí návrhu je definování poţadavků a volba vhodných nástrojů, funkcí a objektů pro její realizaci. Následně je provedeno testování vzhledu, propojení s kódem a ošetření moţnosti vzniku chyb. In this thesis, the design of a GUI for scanning microscopy and its MATLAB code are described. Part of the design is the definition of requirements and the choice of appropriate tools, functions and structures needed for its realization.
