Success of agency recruitment processes

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců agenturní společnosti ABC. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit 3 typy pozic s různými požadavky z hlediska úspěšnosti náborových procesů a výdělečnosti. K zajištění důkladného prozkoumání náboru byla sbírána data různého typu. Byl proveden polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který umožnil získání přehledu o náboru a zjištění povědomí společnosti o stavu firmy. Primární data pro výpočty a celkový přehled byla sbírána z interního systému společnosti za dohledu odpovědných osob. Výzkum trval 3 měsíce a byl ukončen z důvodu pozastavení náboru. Výzkum odhalil slabiny ve fungování společnosti a pomohl ukázat skutečné náklady a výnosy související s náborem. Díky datům a výzkumu si společnost může vytvořit lepší přehled a zapracovat získaná data do běžných funkčních procesů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the recruitment and selection of employees of the agency company ABC. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate 3 types of positions with different requirements in terms of recruitment success and profitability. To ensure a thorough examination of the recruitment process, data of different types was collected. A semi-structured interview was conducted to gain an overview of the recruitment process and to determine the company's awareness of the company's status. Primary data for the calculations and overall overview was collected from the company's internal system under the supervision of responsible individuals. The research lasted for 3 months and was terminated due to the suspension of recruitment. The research revealed weaknesses in the company's operations and helped to show the true costs and benefits associated with recruitment. The data and research enabled the company to develop better insights and incorporate the data into its normal functional processes.
