Diplomová práce sleduje proměny orfeovského mýtu v moderní italské literatuře. V jejím rámci jsou prozkoumána díla Publia Vergilia Marona, Publia Ovidia Nasona, Cesara Paveseho, Itala Calvina, Dina Buzzatiho, Gesualda Bufalina a Claudia Magrise. Abstract:
The thesis traces transformation of the Orpheus myth in modern italian literature. Works from Virgil, Ovid, Cesare Pavese, Italo Calvino, Dino Buzzati, Gesualdo Bufalino and Claudio Magris are examined. According to the role that the story of Orpheus fulfils in individual works, it is possible to reveal the meaning and position of the classical myth in modern literature and to explain reasons for its …more
