Abstract:
This work deals with the use of PRINCE 2 method of project management using process modeling, IT firms. The aim is to explore the use of methods of project management within the company.

Práca sa zaoberá problematikou využitia metódy PRINCE 2 na projektové riadenie s využitím procesného modelovania v IT firmách. Cieľom je preskúmanie využitia metód projektového riadenia v rámci podniku.
