Abstract:

Již sám název bakalářské práce „Pomoc v hmotné nouzi – orgány, struktura“ nám naznačuje, že se v ní budeme zabývat jedním ze tří základních pilířů systému sociálního zabezpečení a tou je sociální pomoc, přesněji subsystémem sociální pomoci, kterou je pomoc v hmotné nouzi. Naším primárním cílem je vytvořit informační materiál o systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi, o dávkách pomoci hmotné nouze, o orgánech, které provádějí hmotnou nouzi. Práce je rozdělena do 3 základních částí: úvodu, vlastní obsahové části a závěru a dále následuje seznam použité literatury. V úvodu seznamujeme čtenáře s cílem bakalářské práce, její strukturou, obsahem, postupem při jejím zpracování a metodami, které jsme v práci použili. V samotné bakalářské práci uvádíme základní pojmy, které se týkají pomoci v hmotné nouzi, vymezujeme druhy dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi a v neposlední řadě uvádíme orgány, které provádějí zajištění fyzických osob ve hmotné nouzi, a především uvádíme změny, ke kterým v posledním období došlo. V závěru shrnujeme celkové výsledky dané práce.

Abstract:

Name of my bachelor thesis: „Assistence in Material Need – Offices, Structure“ shows, that we will discuss one of the three basic pillars of social security, that is the social assistance, precisely subsystem of social assistance, which is assistance in material need. Prepare the informations material about the system of assistance in material need, assistance on benefits in material need, the organs that carry out material need. The work is divided to three parts: introduction, main content part and conclusion. It also consists of summary list of used literature. In the introduction to familiarize the reader with the aim of the thesis, it is structure, content, process for its preparation and the methods we use at work. In the work state basic term, which concern material need, identifies the types of assistance in material need and last but not least we authorities carried out to ensure individuals in material need. Primarily to changes that have occurred in the last period. In conclusion there are all the important results of this work.
