This diploma thesis deals with the issue of legal regulation of development and using of software according to Czech copyright law.

Práca sa venuje otázke počítačového programu ako predmetu práva duševného vlastníctva. Zaoberá sa otázkou autorskoprávnej ochrany vývoja softwaru ako aj úprave jeho užívania.
