Establishment and development of the Czechoslovak Republic

Abstract:

The aim of bachelor thesis was to open up events before the birth of the Czechoslovak republic (CSR) in 1918, to inform the context that preceded the establishment of joint republic, the existence of the CSR after the adoption called reception standards - 11/1918 statute, of which formulate the birth of the republic. I could work in the Bachelor discussed the creation of the legal system of the republic based on a legal system of Austria-Hungary, the construction of the judicial system, the development of democratic principles. The first part is devoted to the history of the republic, formation of domestic and foreign resistance, the period after 1918, building a defense components of the state as well as the country's economy. The second part is approaching the legal system, legislation to codify industries, the creation of structures of justice. Last part contains the events in 1938, sitting in Munich, pressures Germany to the Czechoslovak politicians after the break republic in 1939 when the establishment of an independent Slovak state.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo priblížiť udalosti pred vznikom Československej republiky (ČSR) v roku 1918, informovať o súvislostiach, ktoré predchádzali vzniku spoločnej republiky, existenciu ČSR po prijatí tzv. recepčnej normy - 11/1918 Zb. z, ktorá vymedzovala vznik republiky. Ďalej som sa v bakalárskej práci zaoberala vytváraním právneho systému republiky založenom na základe právneho systému Rakúsko-Uhorska, vybudovaním systému súdnictva, rozvíjaním demokratických zásad. Prvá časť práce je venovaná udalostiam pred vznikom republiky, vytváraniu domáceho a zahraničného odboja, obdobiu po roku 1918, budovaniu obranných zložiek štátu ako aj hospodárstvu krajiny. V druhej časti sa nachádza priblíženie právneho systému, kodifikovanie právnych odvetví, tvorba štruktúry súdnictva. Posledná časť obsahuje udalosti po roku 1938, rokovania v Mníchove, tlaky Nemecka na československých politikov až po rozpad republiky v roku 1939, kedy vznikol samostatný Slovenský štát.
