Creation of budget scenarios based on the data of a specific company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce seznamuje s tématem tvorby rozpočtových scénářů. Po popsání rozpočtu je navázáno na plánování v době nejistot, jaké rizikové faktory mohou působit na podnik a jak s těmito rizikovými faktory lze pracovat za pomocí scénářů. Dále se práce věnuje sestavení rozpočtových scénářů na datech konkrétního podniku. Tyto rozpočtové scénáře jsou následně porovnány a zhodnoceny. Na základě výsledků …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis introduces the topic of creating budget scenarios. After describing the budget, it is discussed how to plan in times of uncertainty, what risk factors can affect a company and how these risk factors can be dealt with using scenarios.
