The picture of life in Brno in the judicial sphere in the 60th years of 19th century

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá jednu z činností obecních (a městských) starostů v přenesené působnosti - tedy soudní pravomoci starostů. Soudní pravomoci starostů zahrnovaly soudní záležitosti civilní a soudní záležitosi trestní. V soudních záležitostech civilních obstarával starosta záznamy o zemřelých osobách, zabezpečoval sirotky a zprostředkovával úřední spisy. V soudních záležitostech trestních starosta soudil přestupky brněnských občanů. Práce se zabývá také vývojem městské policie, která zabezpečovala pořádek ve městě, a také obecními úředníky, kteří vyřizovali úřední záležitosti. Zvláštní kapitolu tvoří pojednání o samotných úředních spisech, jimiž byly zprávy, dobrozdání, odvolání a protokoly, které starosta s obecní radou zasílal vyšším úřadům.

Abstract:

The extended essay searches into an one of activities of chairmen of the town in the figurative activity - so the judicial authority of chairmen. The judicial authorities of chairmen of the town took in the judicial civil affairs and in the judicial criminal affairs. The chairmen took charge of the records of the dead person, he made a secure of the orphans and he exchaged the official publications and documents in the judicial civil affairs. Also sit the chairman in judgement the transgressions of the inhabitants in Brno in the judicial criminal affairs. The extended essay is engaged in a development of the town-police, which made a secure of a public order in the town, and in town-officials, which transacted the official affairs. The special chapter made a essay about the official documents, for exemple: reports, experts opinions, appeals and protocols, which were transmited from the chairman and town-council to the superior offices.
