Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou životnosti stavieb a opotrebovania stavieb, s praktickým príkladom výpočtu opotrebovania stavby lineárnou metódou a analytickou metódou. Prvá kapitola prináša vymedzenie základných pojmov súvisiacich so stavbami. Druhá kapitola definuje životnosť stavieb s jej jednotlivými druhmi a prvkami životnosti.
