Cílem práce je charakterizace přenosu plazmidů zodpovědných za rezistenci k antibiotikům procesem transdukce prostřednictvím fágů indukovaných z lyzogenních kmenů Staphylococcus aureus. Řada kmenů Staphylococcus aureus obsahuje ve svém genomu profágy, které jsou schopny po indukci UV zářením začlenit do svého kapsidu plazmidy a přenést je do vhodných recipientních kmenů. Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is the characterization of bacteriophage-mediated transfer of plasmids harbouring the resistance to antibiotics. The phages used in the transduction experiments were induced from the lysogenic strains of Staphylococcus aureus by UV-irradiation.
