Abstract:
Hlavní podstatou této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy akcionářské struktury evropské společnosti SOFFICE, SE a převoditelnosti jejích akcií na třetí subjekty. Návrhy a řešení vedoucí k řešení problematiky převoditelnosti akcií společnosti SOFFICE, SE jsou navrhnuty na základě výsledků provedené analýzy.
Abstract:
The main substance of this thesis is an analysis of the shareholder structure of the European society SOFFICE, SE and transferability of its shares to third parties. Suggestions and solutions of dealing with the transferability of shares of SOFFICE, SE are presented based on the results of the analysis.
