Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá radonovou problematikou a jejím zakotvením v české legislativní správě. Snažím se popsat výskyt, účinky a zdroje radonu, s kterými se můžeme v životě setkat. Za důležitou část této práce považuji zhodnocení legislativního rámce v české republice. Zhodnotit povinnosti stavebníků, stavebních úřadů a dalších účastníků ve správních řízení. This thesis deals with the issue of radon and its establishing in the Czech legislative administration. Iam trying to describe the prevalence, effects and sources of radon, we can encounter in everyday life.
