Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení zavedení TPM na lince EA211 obrábění bloků motorů ve společnost Škoda Auto. V teoretické části je různými metodami popsán proces implementace TPM. Dále je popsáno měření efektivity TPM, jehož hlavním ukazatelem je OEE a nakonec také metody zlepšující komunikaci. Praktická část popisuje ztráty. The aim of this master thesis is the evaluation of TPM on the EA 211 engine processing line at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Methods of measuring the success of TPM, in which the OEE is one of the key indicators.
